1.1 Scope of Work

2. Payment Terms

All fees for garden clearance services are outlined in the provided quotation. Payment must be made as follows:

Deposit: 50% upon acceptance of the quote to secure the booking
Balance: Due upon completion of the service, prior to the departure of our team

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or cheque. Detailed instructions for each payment method will be provided upon agreement.

Late payments may incur additional charges, including interest as per applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding payments are settled.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in a cancellation charge equivalent to 25% of the total service cost.

In cases of unavoidable circumstances, such as severe weather conditions or emergencies, we strive to accommodate rescheduling without additional charges. We request that clients inform us as soon as possible to facilitate such arrangements.

4. Liability and Insurance

Garden Clearance Manor Park holds comprehensive liability insurance to cover any potential damages during the provision of our services. This includes coverage for property damage and personal injury that may occur on-site.

However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or defects unless directly caused by our negligent actions. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any known hazards or issues that may affect the service.

Important: All work will be conducted following industry best practices to minimize risks and ensure safety for both our team and the clients.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and efficient service, clients are required to:

Provide clear access to the property, ensuring that all necessary areas are reachable for our team
Remove any personal valuables or sensitive items from the work area to prevent loss or damage
Inform us of any specific instructions, areas of concern, or special requirements prior to commencement of work
Ensure that any pets are secured or removed from the premises during the service to prevent interference

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges to address unforeseen obstacles.
